Jesus was born August 10th 2009.
He loved Gym class and playing hide and seek. When he grows up he would like to be a profesional soccer player.
Jesús came to us with his brother Jefferson, both of them were victims of family violence. his dad was very aggressive and ended up in jail as a result, and his mom started a new life without them.
We opened our home to him when he was about to turn 7 years old.
At first, he was a hard case since he had anger problems and didn’t know how to follow orders, or control his emotions.
He had been out of school for a while so he would get really frustrated with he didn’t know how to do something.
We dealt with many tantrums and bad language and not following orders, but little by little He started to change.
All the kids that come to new dawning come with many emotional problems, but with our Christ- centered program we are able to help them little by little.
